This Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold by skillcores.com, including the AI Side Income Ebook #12 and associated bonus packs. We are committed to customer satisfaction and operate under a generous refund policy consistent with Indian consumer protection law.

Digital products are non-tangible goods that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Despite this, we offer a full 30-day refund on all our products because we believe in the quality of what we sell. You should not have to take a risk to find out if our content is right for you.

3. How to request a refund

Refund requests are processed entirely by email. There are no forms, no phone calls, and no bureaucracy.

  1. Email hello@skillcores.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — [your Payment ID]"
  2. Include your Razorpay Payment ID (e.g. pay_XxXxXxXxXxXx) — this is shown on your payment confirmation and on the thank-you page
  3. Include the email address used at the time of purchase
  4. You may optionally share feedback — it helps us improve, but it is not required

That is the entire process. We do not ask why. We do not ask you to prove you read it, didn't read it, tried the methods, or didn't. If you're within 30 days and you want a refund, you get one.

Once we receive your refund request:

  1. Day 1: We verify your payment ID and confirm eligibility
  2. Day 1–2: We initiate the refund through Razorpay
  3. Day 2–7: Razorpay processes the refund to your original payment method
  4. Day 5–10: Funds appear in your account (varies by bank and payment method)

Illegitimate chargebacks filed after receiving and using the product may be contested and could affect your ability to use our services in the future.
