This Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold by skillcores.com, including the AI Side Income Ebook #12 and associated bonus packs. We are committed to customer satisfaction and operate under a generous refund policy consistent with Indian consumer protection law.
1. Overview
Digital products are non-tangible goods that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Despite this, we offer a full 30-day refund on all our products because we believe in the quality of what we sell. You should not have to take a risk to find out if our content is right for you.

2. Eligibility criteria
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the purchase date
- You purchased directly from skillcores.com (not from a third-party reseller)
- You provide your Razorpay Payment ID or order details so we can locate your transaction
You do not need to provide a reason. You do not need to have read (or not read) the ebook. The 30-day window is the only condition.
3. How to request a refund
Refund requests are processed entirely by email. There are no forms, no phone calls, and no bureaucracy.

- Include your Razorpay Payment ID (e.g.
pay_XxXxXxXxXxXx) — this is shown on your payment confirmation and on the thank-you page - Include the email address used at the time of purchase
- You may optionally share feedback — it helps us improve, but it is not required
That is the entire process. We do not ask why. We do not ask you to prove you read it, didn't read it, tried the methods, or didn't. If you're within 30 days and you want a refund, you get one.
4. Refund process and timeline
Once we receive your refund request:
- Day 1: We verify your payment ID and confirm eligibility
- Day 1–2: We initiate the refund through Razorpay
- Day 2–7: Razorpay processes the refund to your original payment method
- Day 5–10: Funds appear in your account (varies by bank and payment method)

Razorpay sends a refund confirmation email to your registered email address once the refund is initiated.
5. Non-refundable cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The refund request is submitted more than 30 calendar days after the purchase date
- The purchase was made through an unauthorised reseller (we are only responsible for purchases made at skillcores.com)
- The account/purchase was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Use (e.g. distributing our files)
- A chargeback has already been filed with your bank for the same transaction
We reserve the right to refuse refunds to customers who have previously received refunds for the same or similar products, at our sole discretion.
6. Partial refunds
Since we sell our ebook and bonuses as a single bundle at one price, we do not offer partial refunds for individual components. If you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund under the standard 30-day policy.
7. After your refund
Upon processing your refund:
- Your licence to use the purchased products is terminated
- You are requested (though not technically compelled) to delete your downloaded copies
- You will be removed from our purchase-related email sequences
- You may re-purchase at any time in the future if you choose to return
8. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at hello@skillcores.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks create significant administrative burden and can result in processing fees that affect our ability to offer our products at low prices.
If a chargeback is filed before contacting us, we reserve the right to provide evidence of delivery and purchase to dispute the chargeback in accordance with Razorpay's merchant policies and applicable Indian banking regulations.
Illegitimate chargebacks filed after receiving and using the product may be contested and could affect your ability to use our services in the future.
