Digital goods
skillcores.com sells digital products including but not limited to ebooks (PDF format), interactive HTML files, Excel spreadsheets, and template bundles. All products are delivered electronically via download link upon successful payment.
Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive:
- An automatic redirect to our secure download page
- An email with your download link sent to the address provided at checkout
- A payment confirmation email from Razorpay
If you do not receive your files within 30 minutes of purchase, please contact hello@skillcores.com with your Razorpay payment ID.
Updates
We periodically update our digital products. Customers who have purchased a product are entitled to receive major updates (new editions) at no additional charge for a period of 12 months from purchase date, subject to providing a valid email address.
3. License and permitted use
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use licence to:
- Download and store the product on up to 3 personal devices
- Read, reference, and use the content for your own income-building activities
- Print one physical copy for personal reference

9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to our website and products, without notice, if we have reason to believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your licence to use purchased products is revoked immediately
- You must delete all downloaded copies of our products
- Refunds are not available upon termination for Terms violations
Clauses 5 (Intellectual Property), 6 (Disclaimers), and 7 (Limitation of Liability) survive termination of these Terms.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting us at hello@skillcores.com. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any complaint within 14 business days.
For consumer disputes, you may also approach the relevant Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
